Claire Sanders Swift is an award-winning broadcast journalist turned national media consultant. She began her career in Washington, DC with Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times Bureau Chief, Hedrick Smith on his highly acclaimed series for PBS, the Power Game.

For more than a decade she produced for ABC News, NBC News, MSNBC, Harpo Productions/Paramount Pictures in New York and Los Angeles and eventually made her way back to DC. After successfully assisting a diverse group of clients in the spotlight over the years as a consultant, she founded Swift Global Media.

Her boutique firm unites a panoply of talent and services from traditional, broadcast, publishing and new media to provide 21st century strategies and resources for those with specialized media needs.

Hal came to Washington, DC, as an undergraduate at Georgetown University majoring first in Italian then French. After earning his Master of Arts in French Literature at Georgetown, he began a career working for the federal government. He first worked at the Dept of the Interior, then the Dept. of Commerce and at the National Library of Medicine in Rockville, Md. 

After completing his second MA, this time in library science from Catholic University of America, he accepted his final federal post at the Library of Congress where he served as the Italian Specialist.

Pamela’s Punch began in November of 2006, and is now acclaimed as the place for getting the “who, what, when, where” of Washington, DC’s social and philanthropic scene.  In addition, Pamela does freelance media, speaking, and event hosting engagements.
