1. What are the rental rates for the club?

member rates: Weekdays: days- $250, evenings - $350
Weekends: 1/2 day- $400 Full day- $700

non-member rates: Weekdays: days- $250 evenings - $350 Weekends: 1/2 day- $400 Full day- $700

2. Where is the Clubhouse located? In the Dupont Circle area, at 1607 22nd Street, just two houses north of Massachusetts Avenue in the heart of elegant Embassy Row. The rear entrance of the clubhouse is on Florida Avenue, adjacent to the Cosmos Club parking lot.

3. What kinds of seating is available at the Club? The Club has approximately fifty banquet stackin chairs.

4. Does the clubhouse have a piano?
Yes, a beautiful Steinway Grand.

5. There a coatroom or reception room? Yes. The large downstairs entry has a coat-check window and large closet. A comfortable lounge will accommodate ten seated.

7. What is the seating capacity in the dining room? At two banquet tables the maximum number is thirty six people. At the oval dining room table sixteen to eighteen people. If the Club round top tables are used, twenty-one people, seven people at each round. This arrangement also allows for a buffet table.

8. What is the seating capacity of the drawing room? For a presentation, fifty people lecture style. For dinner, five rounds with ten people each table.

9. Does the Clubhouse require a deposit? Yes. A $500 non-refundable deposit.

10. What audio visual equipment is available? A microphone with a small PA system, a podium and platform, projection screen & stand, a portable Tape Cassette player/CD, TV and VCR. Speakers for the PA system are located in all the public rooms of the clubhouse.

11. How can I arrange for an appointment to see the club? Call the Club Manager at (202) 332-6770. Messages may be left on the answering machine for a prompt return call.
